Peer Reviewer Process

All manuscripts received by the editor of Antaradhin: Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah Kontemporer will go through a double-blind review process. The peer review process is an important part of the publication process to improve the manuscript. All accepted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. The final decision on whether or not to accept the manuscript will be decided by the Editor-in-Chief based on the comments of the reviewers presented at the editorial board meeting. A scan of the level of plagiarism present in the manuscript will be conducted using Turnitin software.

Pada awalnya, naskah yang masuk ke Antaradhin: Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah Kontemporer akan menjalani peninjauan awal oleh dewan editorial dan akan membutuhkan waktu 2-4 minggu untuk memutuskan apakah naskah tersebut lolos penyaringan awal untuk dipertimbangkan dalam proses peninjauan sejawat atau ditolak dengan mempertimbangkan standarisasi tingkat plagiasi, pengangkatan isu-isu ekonomi syariah aktual, sumber rujukan, dan keluasan cakupan kontribusi naskah terhadap perkembangan ekonomi syariah kontemporer .

Initially, manuscripts submitted to Antaradhin: Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah Kontemporer will undergo an initial review by the editorial board and will take 2-4 weeks to decide whether the manuscript passes the initial screening to be considered in the peer review process or is rejected by considering the standardisation of the level of plagiarism, the raising of actual Islamic economic issues, the source of reference, and the breadth of coverage of the manuscript's contribution to the development of contemporary Islamic economics.

All manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be reviewed by best reviewers selected (at least two) by our editors according to their expertise with a maximum of double-blind review policy. Using the double-blind review policy, all author and reviewer names will be concealed during the review process. Authors and reviewers will not identify each other in the review process.

The review process will take at least 8 weeks (56 days) to complete. All revisions requested by the reviewers and editorial board will be sent to the authors and should be revised according to the suggestions of our bestary partners and then the authors upload the revised manuscript according to the scheduled time. The editor-in-chief will make the final decision based on the recommendations of the editors and reviewers. The length of the manuscript acceptance process will depend on the length of responses from reviewers and responses from authors.
