Abstract

Islamic banks, also known as interest-free banks, operate based on the Qur'an and hadith, offering products that adhere to Sharia principles. These products are also suitable for MSME players, who are crucial to Indonesia’s economy but often struggle with accessing adequate financing. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) supports MSMEs with various financing products designed to aid their growth and development. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive research, allowing a deep understanding of the context and perspectives involved Data collected through words and pictures offer a comprehensive description of the situation in Rajapolah District. The findings indicate that MSME actors have a positive perception of BSI’s financing products, as these help in managing their businesses. However, there are misconceptions that Islamic banks are only for Muslims. Additionally, the socialization of BSI’s products is insufficient, leading to a lack of awareness among MSME actors about available financing options. This limited information results in underutilization of BSI’s products.
