This study discusses how the influence of the knowledge level of customers about savings products products iB muamalat Hajj and Umrah against the decision to become a customer. The purpose of this study to determine 1). Savings Product iB Muamalat Hajj and Umrah at Bank Muamalat Tasikmalaya. 2) The steps of Bank Muamalat in improving customer decisions on Savings product iB Muamalat Hajj and Umrah. 3) Influence of knoledge level of product customer of Tabungan iB Muamalat Hajj and Umrah toard decision to become customer in Bank Muamalat Tasikmalaya. This research uses quantitative method. Data collection techniques used field studies through direct observation to research sites,questionnaires distribution,interviews,documentation through documents, as ell as from several books. Data analysis technique with instrument test use validity,reliability,and normality test F (f test),partial test (t test),and tset of determination coefficient calculation. The results of this study show that, 1) Customer knowledge in Bank Muamalat Branch Office Tasikmalaya categorized quite well. Because it has been seen from the research results of the validity level of 0.678 ,0.707 ,0.711 ,0.739 ,0.652 ,0.530 ,0.666 ,0.659 and the value of R tabel 0.1975 from Question 1 to 8. 2)The decision to become a customer in Bank Muamalat Tasikmalaya Branch Office is categorized pretty good. Because it appears from results of research validity test of 0.669, 0.689, 0.702, 0.732, 0.677, 0.579, 0.632, 0.634 and R tabel value of 0.1975 from the results of questions 1 to 8 3)Based on the results of hypothesis testing to find the effect between customer knowledge variables to the decision to bt a customer that has been done,there is a significant influence between variable X (knowledge of customers) to Y (decision to be a customer) at Bank Muamalat Branch Office Tasikmalaya 10.5% means good enough.
