Pengembangan Potensi Ekonomi Desa Melalui Bumdes Untuk Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises are one of the business entities or village economic institutions that are fully managed by the management of business entities with the help of the community and the village government. Village-owned enterprises can be a forum that can help village governments to improve the economy and realize independent and prosperous villages. The program implemented by BUMDES Ngancik Bihari is a kiosk tenant and manages UP2K (Family Income Increase Business) in collaboration with the welfare head of Bahara Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of the economic potential of the village through village-owned enterprises to improve the welfare of the people of Bahara Village, Panjalu District, Ciamis Regency. This study uses the type of qualitative research and the nature of qualitative descriptive research. Primary and secondary data sources, primary sources of this study: Village Head, Village Secretary, Chairman of BUMDES, Sukaluyu Village Head as a capital gasoline seller from UP2K, barbers, motorcycle service drivers. Data collection techniques used: Observation, interviews, documentation, with data analysis used is a descriptive analytical method. Based on the results of the research, it is known that there is an increase in welfare with the program implemented by BUMDES Ngancik Bihari to the community. It can be seen from gasoline sellers whose capital is from UP2K there is an increase in income, and barber and motorcycle service shop tenants feel that there is an increase in business.
