ABC Jaya (e-commerce) is one of the companies engaged in online sales of goods or services in Hujungtiwu, Panjalu District, Ciamis Regency. Recently, the ABC Jaya online shop has become one of the concerns of the surrounding community, has a huge opportunity because it is quite developed so that it can create jobs for community and improve the economy of the surrounding community. This research uses a qualitative approach that is field research. Theory of data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. To analyze data using IFAS, EFAS, SWOT, and IE matrices.Management and development are right to improve the economy of UMKM actors in ABC Jaya e-commerce. The management and development obtained in the results of the IFAS matrix table (table 4.1) and the EFAS matrix (table 4.2) have been known that the IFAS matrix value is 2.45 and the EFAS matrix value is 2.03. From these results, it can be seen that the strategy that should be used is to manage and develop this to improve the community's economy by maintaining, increasing product stock inventory, improving management and utilizing e-commerce as well as possible.
