Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in kerupuk kulit HM in Sukadana Village, Pagerageung Sub-district have the potential to become a source of community income. However, appropriate development strategies are needed to increase the income of owners and employees. The objective of this study is to determine the development strategies of kerupuk kulit HM MSMEs in increasing the income of owners and employees as well as the development of creativity in processing kerupuk kulit HM according to the perspective of Islamic economics. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data sources are interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. Several strategies carried out include expanding the market, adding products, and improving quality. Creativity development includes packaging design innovations and variations in flavors. The development strategies and creativity of kerupuk kulit HM MSMEs have succeeded in increasing the income of owners and employees while being in line with the principles of Islamic economics
