Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bank BJB Syariah Tasikmalaya

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the work of employees of Bank BJB Syariah KCP Ciawi Tasikmalaya and its influence on employee performance.  This research uses quantitative methods with this type of field research. The data used is primary and secondary. Data analysis techniques with instrument tests use validity, reality and normality tests while for hypothetical testing using simple regression analysis. The results showed that the work discipline of employees of Bank BJB Syariah KCP Ciawi Tasikmalaya is very high. The calculation of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of discipline variable significance contained in the t test table which is 0.001 < 0.05. From the Test table F it can be concluded that there is a significant influence simultaneously between independent variables on dependent variables with a ratio of Fcalculation value > Ftabel (9,887 > 4,124). From the Correlation Coefficient (R) and Determination Coefficient (R2) tables are obtained a value of R2 = 0.397 which means that the discipline variable (X) affects 39.7% of employee performance (Y). While the remaining 61.3% is influenced by other variables.
